Nom Sakou

  INGREDIENT

  • 1 cup chestnut flour
  • 3 cup water
  • 1 cup of cooked mung bean
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 spoon roasted sesame seeds
  • 2 spoon coconut milk

  RECIPE

  1. Mix the mung bean with sugar, salt, sesame seeds, coconut milk, roll it into small balls, set aside.
  2. Mix the water with tapioca flour, stir it on the heat until it turn clear and sticky.
  3. Make small cups from banana leaves, place a mung bean ball in then pour a spoon of the tapioca texture over the ball, then steam for 10min.
  4. Take off heat and serve.
