Where the accommodation data comes from
Room rates, availability, guest scores and photographs are queried in real time from Stay22, which aggregates inventory from Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com and Vrbo. Nothing is stored in a database here. When you load a page you are seeing what those sites are showing right now, for the dates and occupancy you entered.
That has one consequence worth knowing: results change between visits, and a property that appeared yesterday may be sold out today. It also means the prices are real rather than a stale cached number.
How the booking buttons work
Every property page carries two buttons.
- Booking.com opens that exact property, with your dates and occupancy already applied.
- Agoda runs a search for the same property on agoda.com. Agoda is not part of our live rate feed, so we cannot deep-link to the room directly — but it is frequently competitive in Southeast Asia and worth the second look.
Where more than one supplier quotes a price, the property page shows all of them side by side so you can see which is cheapest for your dates. We do not reorder results by commission.

This site may earn a commission when you book through one of our outbound links. It costs you nothing — the price you pay is the same as going direct — and it is what funds the guides.
We do not accept payment for inclusion, for placement, or for a favourable write-up. Destination pages list every property the feed returns, ranked by your filters and sort order, not by what pays us.
Editorial content
Destination descriptions, itineraries and travel guides are written independently. Every factual figure — visa fees, ticket prices, journey times — carries the date it was last verified, and the guides link to the government or operator source so you can check it yourself before you travel.
If you find something out of date or wrong, we would rather know.
What this site is not
We are not a booking agent. We do not take your payment, hold your reservation, or have any ability to change or cancel it. Your contract is with the booking site you complete the reservation on, and their terms, taxes and cancellation policy are the ones that apply.
