គណៈកម្មាធិការជាតិវាយតម្លៃទីក្រុងស្អាត មានកិត្តិយសសូមជម្រាបជូនសាធារណៈជនឱ្យបានជ្រាបថា ដើម្បីចូលរួមអបអរសាទរពិធីបុណ្យឆ្លងចូលឆ្នាំថ្មីឆ្នាំសកល ២០១៩ ដែលនឹងប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនាថ្ងៃទី ៣១ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០១៨ ខាងមុខនេះ ក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ និងគណៈកម្មាធិការជាតិវាយតម្លៃទីក្រុងស្អាតបានរៀបចំកម្មវិធីប្រកួតប្រជែង“ទីក្រុងដែលមានពិធីបុណ្យចូលឆ្នាំសកលល្អជាងគេប្រចាំឆ្នាំ - Best Countdown City of The Year” ។ អាស្រ័យហេតុនេះ សូមបងប្អូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ក៏ដូចជាភ្ញៀវទេសចរជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិចូលរួមធ្វើការបោះឆ្នោតគាំទ្រទីក្រុងលោកអ្នកពេញចិត្តជាងគេចំនួន០១ចាប់ពីម៉ោង៧ព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី៣០ខែធ្នូឆ្នាំ២០១៨ដល់ថ្ងៃទី០១ខែមករាឆ្នាំ២០១៩(ត្រឹមម៉ោង៥ល្ងាច)តាមរយៈអាស័យដ្ឋាន៖ http://bestcountdowncity.cambodiacleancity.gov.kh/ ឱ្យបានច្រើនកុះករ។
