ខេត្តកែប ថ្ងៃទី ២ ៣ ខែ តុលា ឆ្នាំ ២០២៣ ឯកឧត្ដម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ក្រសួង ទេសចរណ៍ និងក្នុងនាមជាប្រធានគណ:កម្មការអន្តរក្រសួង រៀបចំពិធីបុណ្យសមុទ្រ លេីកទី១០ ជុំទី៣ បាន ដឹកនាំ កិច្ច ប្រជុំ ដែលមានការចូលរួមពីសំណាក់ឯកឧត្តម សោម ពិសិដ្ឋ អភិបាល នៃគណ:អភិបាលខេត្តកែប រួមជាមួយឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ អនុប្រធាន និងសមាជិកសមាជិការគណ:កម្មការអន្តរក្រសួង ដែលអញ្ជេីញមកពីក្រសួងស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធ ដេីម្បី ត្រួតពិនិត្យលេីផែនការ រៀបចំពិធីបុណ្យ សមុទ្រ ។ កិច្ច ប្រជុំ ផ្ដោត សំខាន់ ទៅលេីកិច្ចសហការ លំហូរនៃការរៀបចំកម្មវិធីទាំងមូល ដេីម្បីធ្វេីយ៉ាងណា ឲ្យដំណេីរការរៀបចំប្រព្រឹត្តិទៅដោយរលូនតាមការគ្រោងទុក ប្រកបដោយភាពជិតស្និត និងប្រសិទ្ធភាពខ្ពស់។ ពិធីបុណ្យសមុទ្រប្រចាំឆ្នាំនៅកម្ពុជា គឺជាប្រពៃណីដ៏គួរឲ្យកត់សម្គាល់ ចាប់តាំងពីតំបន់ឆ្នេរសមុទ្រដ៏គួរឱ្យទាក់ទាញរបស់កម្ពុជា ត្រូវបានបញ្ជូលជាសមាជិកពេញសិទ្ធិក្លឹបឆ្នេរសមុទ្រដែលស្អាតបំផុតលើសកលលោក ក្នុងអង្គមហាសន្និបាត លើកទី ៧ របស់ក្លឹប កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០១១ នៅទីក្រុងតូបាកូតា (Tobacouta) ប្រទេសសេណេហ្គាល់ (Senagal) ក្រោមឈ្មោះរួមតែមួយ គឺ “ឆ្នេរសមុទ្រកម្ពុជា (Cambodia Bay)” ហើយត្រូវបានប្រសិទ្ធនាម “ឆ្នេរសមុទ្រកម្ពុជា៖ តារារះនាទិសនិរតី”។

Kep Province October 23, 2023 - His Excellency Sok Soken, the Minister of Tourism and Chairman of the Inter-Ministerial Commission for the 10th Sea Festival, alongside with His Excellency Som Piseth, Governor of Kep Province, together with esteemed Vice Chairpersons, and members of the Inter-ministerial commissioners, convened a meeting to meticulously discuss the Sea Festival plan. The primary objective was to foster seamless collaboration and ensure the seamless execution of the entire program, thus guaranteeing successful operation of this momentous event. The annual Sea Festival in Cambodia has been a remarkable tradition ever since Cambodia's stunning bay areas were listed as a full member of the Club of the World's Most Beautiful Beaches at the Club's 7th General Assembly on May 26, 2011 in Tobacouta, Senegal under the common name "Cambodia Bay" and is nicknamed "Cambodia Bay: The Rising Star of the Southwest".
