                    H.E. Sok Soken, assumes his position as Minister of Tourism of the Royal Government of Cambodia from 21 September of 2023. The Minister began his services in public office serving as the Chief of Bureau of Protocol Department, at the Ministry of Commerce since 2008.
Since then, H.E. Soken had been Under Secretary of State and subsequently promoted to serve as Secretary of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation from 2016 to 2020.
Meanwhile, H.E. Soken also assumes the role of President of Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia of MFA.IC and is also Vice Chairperson for ICAPP Youth Wing.<br><br>  
A Founding Member of CDI Youth Wing, H.E. Soken is also Vice Chairman of National Secretariat of the ASEM13 Organising Committee, President of the Cambodian Inter-Institutional Working Group Responsible for the Organization of 4th ASEF Young Leader Summit and Vice Chairman of National Secretariat of Cambodia for Mekong-Lancang Cooperation.
At the time of writing, H.E. Soken serves also as Deputy Head of Taskforce on Fund Management and Project Implementation Monitoring under Mekong-Lancang Cooperation Framework and is also the Vice Chairman of Economic Diplomacy Task Force.
