Tourists appreciate APSARA team for organizing wooden benches under the shade of trees at Angkor Wat
Tourists visiting Angkor Wat expressed their happiness after the APSARA National Authority provided wooden benches under the trees shade in the Angkor Wat area and other temples in the Angkor site for national and international tourists during the visit to the temple, rest from fatigue, sore hands and feet, especially the elderly.
Khuon Mom, 68, and Khuon Touch, 73, from Tbong Khmum province, who sat and waited for their children inside the Angkor Wat temple complex, said with happy faces that these benches were very good, especially for the elderly like the grandmother who had a physical illness. The two grandmothers also confirmed that there have never seen benches before for tourists to sit on like this.
Currently, the APSARA has set up the benches under the tree shade, a place where the benches were arranged in a good atmosphere, and can see the view of the temple, which helps relieve tiredness even though she did not go inside the temple, but we could also sit and watch from a distance happily.
Sem Chanthea from Kandal province said that the premises inside and outside Angkor Wat have changed a lot, there were big and small trees, green grass in all seasons, as well as order and hygiene, especially the arrangement of benches under the trees.
