The short version
- There are no user accounts on this site and nothing to sign up for.
- We never see your payment details — bookings happen entirely on the booking provider's own site.
- Your search settings stay in your own browser, not on our servers.
- We do not sell data. There is nobody to sell it to.
What we collect
Things you type
Destination, dates, number of guests, currency and any filters. These are stored in your browser's session storage so your search survives moving between pages. They are cleared when you close the tab, and they never leave your device except as part of an accommodation search request.
Things your browser sends
Like any website, our host records standard server logs — IP address, user agent, the page requested and the time. These are used to keep the site running and to detect abuse, and are not combined with anything else to identify you.
What we do not collect
No account details, no payment information, no passport or travel document data, no marketing profile, and no cross-site advertising identifiers.
Third-party services
Some parts of the site are supplied by others, and their own privacy terms apply once data reaches them:

We do not pass your name, email address or any personal identifier to any of them, because we do not have those things.
Cookies
We set no tracking or advertising cookies of our own. The site uses browser session storage for your search preferences, which is not a cookie and is not readable by other sites.
Once you click through to a booking site, that site will set its own cookies under its own policy. That is outside our control and begins the moment you leave us.
Outbound links
Booking buttons take you to third-party sites. At present they carry no tracking or affiliate parameters. If that changes — we may join affiliate programmes in future to fund the site — we will say so plainly on the affiliate disclosure and update this page with the date.
Children
This site is intended for adults planning travel. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and there is no mechanism on the site by which anyone could submit personal information to us.
Your rights
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is normally nothing to access, correct or delete. You can clear what is stored locally at any time by closing the tab or clearing your browser storage.
If you are in the UK, EU or another jurisdiction with data protection rights and want to make a request about server log data, email hello@tourismcambodia.org and we will deal with it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the site handles data, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes — adding analytics, adding affiliate tracking — will be described specifically rather than buried in a general update.
