ភ្នំពេញ ថ្ងៃទី២០ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ - ឯកឧត្ដម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ បានដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំផ្ទៃក្នុង ជាមួយថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំក្រសួង និងក្រុមការងាររៀបចំពិធីបុណ្យសមុទ្រ ដេីម្បីពិភាក្សាអំពីវឌ្ឍនភាពការងារ និងការពិនិត្យសម្រេចទៅលេីទិដ្ឋភាពរួមនៃការរៀបចំពិធីបុណ្យសមុទ្រលេីកទី១០ ជុំទី៣ ដែលនឹងប្រារព្ធឡេីងនៅថ្ងៃទី០១ ទី០២ និងទី០៣ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ ខាងមុខ ក្នុងខេត្តកែប ដេីម្បីធ្វេីយ៉ាងណាឲ្យទទួលបាននូវការចូលរួមមកលេងកម្សាន្តពីសំណាក់ភ្ញៀវទេសចរជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិអោយកាន់តែច្រេីនកុះករ និងប្រកបដោយភាពសប្បាយរីករាយ។ សូមបញ្ជាក់ផងដែរថា រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាបានសម្រេចប្រារព្ធពិធីបុណ្យសមុទ្រ ជារៀងរាល់ឆ្នាំ បន្ទាប់ពីឆ្នេរសមុទ្រកម្ពុជា បានចូលជាសមាជិក នៃក្លឹបឆ្នេរសមុទ្រដ៏ស្អាតជាងគេបំផុតនៅលើសកលលោក (World-Bays Club).

Phnom Penh, October 20, 2023 - His Excellency Mr. SOK Soken, Minister of Tourism, chaired an internal meeting with the Ministry's leadership and the Sea Festival Organizing Team to discuss the progress of the work and the final review of the third round of the 10th Sea Festival, which will be held on December 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, 2023 in Kep province, in order to attract more participation from national and international tourists and create a more lively and joyful atmosphere. The Royal Government of Cambodia annually commemorates the Sea Festival to celebrate the inclusion of the Cambodian coastline in the prestigious World-Bays Club, which is widely recognized for having some of the most beautiful bays in the world.
